PACWEST 2008 TRADE FAIR

The Fair will be held in the Great Hall of the Fairmont
Jasper Park Lodge on:
Wednesday June 18 from
Thursday June 19 from 8:00
am to
Friday June 20 from 8:00 am to
Guidelines:
§
Booth Exhibitors
will be provided with an 8' x 10' curtained booth (max 15 booths).
§
Poster Exhibitors
will be provided with an easel to display their company’s technology poster -
size not to exceed 5' x 3'
(max 8 posters).
§
All
personnel from exhibiting companies must be a fully registered delegate and
will be provided with identification as an exhibitor.
§
Locations
will be allocated on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of your paid
registration.
§
Exhibits
and Posters must be removed (or stored) by Friday afternoon June 20.
§
A New
Technologies Presentation Session will be offered to the Trade Fair
Exhibitors. A strict, 5-minute time slot
will be made available for each presenter. Please indicate your interest in
participating.
