The Fair will be held in the Great Hall of the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

Wednesday May 30 ~ 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Thursday May 31 ~ 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Friday June 1 ~ 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Fees

8' x 10' Booth - $600
8' x 10' Double Booth - $1,000
5' x 3' Poster - $200

How to Register

Please complete the "Trade Fair" section on the Registration Form if you wish to participate in this activity, and add the appropriate amount to your total remittance.

Guidelines

• Booth Exhibitors will be provided with an 8' x 10' booth space(10 booths available)
• Poster Exhibitors will be provided with an easel to display their company’s technology poster - size not to exceed 5' x 3' (max 8 posters)
• All personnel from exhibiting companies must be a fully registered delegate and will be provided with identification as an exhibitor
• Locations will be allocated on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of your paid registration
• Exhibits and Posters must be removed (or stored) by Friday afternoon June 1st
• A New Technologies Presentation Session will be offered to the Trade Fair Exhibitors. A strict, 5-minute time slot will be made available for each presenter. Please indicate your interest in participating

Notes

There will be a “NEW TECHNOLOGIES” Technical Session C on Thursday, May 31st from 4:30 to 5:30 for those exhibitors interested in presenting a particular new technology. Please advise us as soon as possible if you wish to participate in this Session by contacting Lorne Irvine, Trade Fair Chair 2012.
